Anton Suhanov did not immediately enter the watch industry. After completing his Master's Degree in CAD / CAM / CAE / PDM / PLM technology in mechanical engineering at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, he worked in a design bureau at a defense enterprise.
Meeting in 2007 Konstantin Chaykin, who invited Anton to his young ambitious company as a constructor, was fateful. He worked for more than 10 years in this position, until 2018, taking part in the company's developments during this time, developing and accumulating experience in the field of watchmaking, perfecting his skills and his own style.
In 2016, Anton won the watchmaking competition in Basel, met many outstanding watchmakers, which influenced his vision and development in the watch industry.
Last year, Anton worked at Konstantin Chaykin as a manufacturing director, which brought additional colossal knowledge about all the nuances of watchmaking art, the experience of its organization and development using both modern technologies and traditional watchmaking techniques.
In 2019, Anton Suhanov founded his own manufacture. In November, the premiere of the first clock by Anton Suhanov took place - PHAROS table clock.
Watchmaking has always been a very complicated, expensive, laborious process. Especially when it is carried out in accordance with the highest standards of traditional Swiss watchmaking.
But unlike the Swiss masters, who always had a great choice of where to make these or those parts (in their own workshop or to order at any of the many manufactures), we have no such a choice. Few places in Russia today can produce necessary parts in accordance with the required characteristics and with the proper level of the finishing quality.
The whole process, starting from designing, engineering and technological preparation, manufacturing, control, finishing and assembling, takes place within the walls of our manufacture.
